#1336190 - added code to show "access denied" if user does not have any access to any fields
#1315016 - applied patch so that field access only applies when viewing profiles (no longer affects profile form)

Several patches, and performance improvements.

Many bug fixes and some new features.

Ensure that you run update.php or drush updatedb as there are some db changes.

• Clearer logic for use of minified scripts.
• More Drupal 7 compatibility fixes.
• Upgrade to Backbone 0.9.2.
