Drupal 6.x

This is a Drupal newcomer question.

Putting ; features[] = logo in my .INFO file I expected it to kill the logo checkbox in the theme configuration area. It didn't. Mistaken impression or Drupal 6 bug?

We have two international (multilingual) web services, recently introduced. Due to the time preassure we've done in html, but we need sufficient content management sysytem and we feel that Drupal is an ideal solution.

Could you please advice and give tips how to implemet convertion to Drupal in a smooth way?

This is a request for an estimate to build a custom site in the Drupal 6. Selected vendor will be expected to build the site using Drupal best practices. Selected vendor will be expected to install modules to generate functionality including helpful administrator modules that allow easy editing of text and uploading of images. The site will be hosted on a Linux server I own that is located in a co location facility in the U.S.

I have design every page in detail so that you will know exactly what I want. You can review the design and site map (with workflow details) here: http://www.rcpclients.com/psdf-info/ I believe many of the elements that I have repeated from page to page would be blocks (like the promotional ads - the vertical version and horizontal version, the horizontal blog promotion). It may look like there is a lot there but when you realize that many of the items are repeating elements like a header, footer or block it’s not too much.

I think it will be helpful for you to look at the links below. My site does not include any functionality that has not already been done. Most of what I have done is based on the 2 sites below which I believe are build on open source content managers using readily available functionality modules.

So, I know that if I want to make the page http://www.whatever.com/blog look different, I just upload a file like page-blog.tpl.php

However, this is of little use to me because I want to have the actual blog entries maintain the separate look as well. From what I understand, I would have to create every single page file to accomplish what I want:

page-blog-1.tpl.php
page-blog-2.tpl.php
page-blog-3.tpl.php
page-blog-4.tpl.php
page-blog-5.tpl.php
etc.
