How do I edit email notifications?

Hello! I received an email from a supervisor stating she would no longer like to receive email notifications every time I made an update to the site. I didn't know this was even set-up. I've been digging around my dashboard trying to figure out how I can turn this off - to no avail. Help! P.S. I am not a developer, just a regular joe who knows enough to be dangerous. Thanks!

How to add custom help text to a node edit/add form

Does anyone know of a module for adding help text to node forms. I'm thinking something like a CCK plugin that doesn't actually a field but allows you to specify help text and position it in relation to the fields on a form.

Specifically I'm using the subsites module and I want to add some help text before the fieldset.

Thanks
Chris

The function of all files should work

There are several admin accounts and have been all the time. I am using the newest admin account.

The files that are uploaded by the newest admin account are on the first row. I have not uploaded any other files with this admin account. These files was uploaded after the transfer started.

The files that are on the second row have been uploaded by a regular account that has been deleted. No other files than these three files are uploaded by this account. These files was uploaded after the transfer started.

The files that are on the third, fourth, fifth row are uploaded by this account. And many, many, many more files are uploaded by the admin account you are using. This admin account exist because you are using it. These files was uploaded before the transfer started.

Further back there are files uploaded by different members. we are not get access to these files either. These files was uploaded before the transfer started.

The files who are on the third row and all the way back was on the platform before the transfer was started. we focus on getting the files on the third row and back to function so you get access to them. 0

Invalid backend configuration for elfinder

Hi,

Recently, I find that the elfinder module on my site does not work properly. Whenever I click the image icon in CKEditor and choose "Browse Server", it gives me an error saying "Invalid backend configuration". I tried to update my elfinder module and library, but it does not resolve the issue. The current versions of elfinder and its library are 6.x-0.8 and 1.2. I already confirmed that those two versions should be compatible. Does anyone have any clue or experience of solving such issue?

Please direct me to the right forum if this question should not be posted here.

Membership module email list?

I'm helping a non-profit organization maintain their Drupal website. Their old webmaster is out of the picture and I don't know much about Drupal (I don't even know how to tell which version of Drupal it is). I'm hoping to learn. I just gained access to the Go Daddy account which hosts the site.

There are quite a few folders in sites/all/modules. There are a bunch of tar.gz files named mostly the same as the folder (redundant archives?).

The folders are advanced_help, captcha, cck, contemplate, dvel, ed_readmore, email, fckeditor, gcal_events, google_analytics, local, views, webfm, and webform.

On the Drupal site, I can login as admin and navigate to a page for enabling the modules. There is one enabled called '[org]member' ('org' being the organization's name). I've looked around the Go Daddy 'file manager' a lot and can't find anything with that name.

The readme in 'email' says its a module that provides an email field type for CCK. I don't know what that means.

Here is the main issue right now:
There are membership reminder emails going out automatically. Members keep asking for the emails to stop, but it appears they don't stop. Also, I don't know how to send an email newsletter to the members who *are* signed up.

How to remove the Homepage field from comments

I did a search on this title and got several links back from 2006 and all have convoluted suggestions and none really work without altering the core.
I am surprised that the comment settings in the Content Type let you choose a lot of different options, yet they don't let you remove the Homepage field which is a spam magnet!

If anyone knows of any easy way to remove that field, please post it here.

Thanks!
