we use Drupal 6.24 and want to upgrade to a version 7.x.
- we use Drupal for software documentation, the book module
- we use the module Content Access and assign permissions to each content node
- at the moment we create the nodes in German and translate in English, but we want to enable more languages, Japanese, Chinese, maybe French
So I know in version 7 there is the new Entity Translation model is possible, so we discuss to switch to this model.

Hi,
my problem appears simple. I have created a content type that has a "single on/off check box" (with other fields).
This field is used for a view that shows only nodes with this check box active. Nothing complicated and it works. The only problem is that if I edit a node that was previously set as checked, the check box in the editing panel is unchecked! It does not remain checked.
Well, in a custom theme - that is working fine locally, I do not get the cross-hairs to the left on the blocks admin page for the blocks in that theme.
Again, all works locally and the rest of the site is fine; all pages work 1-for-1, css/js etc works everywhere... it's just the block admin for the custom theme and the draggable option.
I have about 14 pages within a site getting a custom theme while the rest is another. All the other enabled themes work just fine on their block admin page.
I am trying to add a slideshow to a custom front page. I am not able to find the syntax to add jquery/js for this. Does anyone have a tutorial or sample code to share?
