I am using glossy blue theme with drupal 6.

I want to change the submit button's value at comment form of node pages.

And change the text of the "Comment" text area.

How can I do these modifications. on CSS, on comment module o elsewhere?

How can I add HTML block in the node form? I wanna have small html block right below Body field. I know I gotta use Hook_form_alter and arg(0) == 'node' as expression, so it only shows up on all sort of node types.
