Drupal 6.x

Almost every day, and sometimes 2 or 3 times a day, I get extremely odd accounts created. Names like ClKlbLQxOKzEnGyy, or jyaQNUuaqd. Does anyone have an idea where these are coming from, and what their purpose might be?

After installation i setted up 2 languages and I have no problems with node translating, but is it possible to translate block names and menus?(i haven't found this feature). In earlier version 5.x with localizer it was possible, but i had some mistakes with it..
I look forward that drupal 6.x will be multilingual cms and all content on the language you have selected..(menus, blocks, nodes etc.)

Since I've noticed the issue with speed and Drupal sites, I hope core developers are aware of tips like these. What should I do to make all of my Drupal sites (medium traffic) run faster?

Does anyone know a way to do the following with Drupal?

1. Sell a digital asset, specifically PDF (I guess ecommerce module)?
2. Encrypt the PDF automatically with a key such as the recipient's email address as the password?
3. Provide a limited-time download link to get the unique encrypted file above?

I know that savvy users can break the encryption scheme of most PDFs, but for most users this would stop wide redistribution of the published work.
