Hi,
i understood that drupal6 allows for easy translation of node content.
But does it allow easy translation of taxonomies ? How does the translation system deal with taxonomies ?
The rules of hosting are changing rapidly. It would be nice to compile a list of the top Drupal hosting companies without regard to space or bandwidth. These are secondary and often times unobtainable due to limits described in often vague and hard to find Acceptable Usage Policies (AUP) and Resource Usage Policies (RUP). It will take some serious detective work to actually get hard numbers and although I thought their numbers we're low, I must give Site5 credit for even posting hard numbers! Their RUP is somwhat hidden but it definitely has useful information about how far you can go before you can expect the dreaded "Site terminated for excessive CPU usage" message. If we all work together and share what we know we could have a valuable resource here.

Exploration Summer Programs, a non-profit academic summer program, is seeking an experienced Drupal developer to create an alumni website that will feature rotating articles by "issue date," user login and profiles, and a forum. The project will be delivered with fully developed wire-frame mockups and custom theme design specs. The beta version of the site should be completed by the second week in December, and needs to be scaleable for high volume traffic.
I've just started using drupal again, haven't touched it for a long time. I can't help but notice it still seems to have the all or nothing approach to access.
I can't understand why there's no way of providing some element of pick and choose access control for pages (even just to display something on the front page).
