Multiple themes in section module

I am designing a website the requires 7-8 different themes but I cannot find a successful way to do this in Drupal , the only thing that partially works is the sections module.

The problem is that i don't understand what I am suppose to write as the path in the field , I select "Activate section on the specific pages" but no matter how many things I try for the path it does not change the theme but when I type /?q=node/7 or just click the space bar in the text field and save the theme changes every page on the site when I just want one page to have that specific theme.

Suggestions for setting up client-worker job/reporting interface

I had some web developing experience with drupal but I haven't done work with drupal in about 2 years... I thought I'd do myself a favor and instead of spending several hours scouring the web for posts 'sorta-not-really-but-so-close' to what I envision to accomplish, I would ask it straight out here and see if someone has a kind-hearted suggestion. This is what I want to build:

A drupal site that is a primarily for clients, employees, managers to login to their respective user accounts and manage their work.
  • Create 'Jobs' and assign to selected Employee, Client and Manager user accounts.
  • Allow employees user accounts to post 'status reports' about what they accomplished on what date in what time period. Basically a 'report' with a few extra custom fields that are required to be filled out. These reports can be accessed at any time by the respective client and or manager with certain privileges to individual fields.
IE the client wont see how much time is spent on any one task. Also, these reports are linked to a single job, which is linked to a select(ion) of employee(s), manager(s), and client. I hope you understand the whole point of this databasing and viewing structure im pointing at.
  • 'Report' nodes are configure to be published for viewing by client automatically or selectively by the manager.

Theme.info regions not working?

I installed the RC1 version of Drupal 6 and started theming. I want to add a custom block region, so I created the following theme.info file. The problem is, I added a new region called "preContent" but it never shows up in my block menus. Anyone know why?

Brand Toolkit for Drupal

I'm looking for an example manual which outlines brand guidelines for a web site built in Drupal. For instance, it would indicate the font, size and color for Article Titles, Topics, Sub-topics, Authors. It would get into detail on formatting guidelines for how to display quotes, glossary entries, and even outline how roll overs should appear.

Does anyone have an example of such a toolkit for a CMS-based site?

Thanks,
Maria

Private filesystem quick question

Is there a difference between this in 5.x - 6.x ?

Also does the private file system block direct access to the file as well straight in the URL? how is this implemented does it just adjust the htaccess file and filter files through drupal?
