I've uploaded 2 themes to the theme folder. but it did appear in the themes administration panel. i tried to follow some topics about them engine, bu it didnt work.
any help around?

I set up a role for a specific user. How do I attach the role to a user/group?

Rewriting my site that previously was runing xoops CMS. Well i don't like that it has no SEO friendly paths: http://www.andres-photo.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=278, and file name of image http://www.andres-photo.com/uploads/photos/278.jpg. I already worked a lot with engine/teplate of xoops, but now considering drupal. I instaled version 6. with image and pathauto modules.

In drupal handbooks there is no link for Drupal 6. Where can I find information about installing Drupal 6, for example?

For two hours now I am trying to get the following site configuration:

NAVIGATIONHEADER
- Menu Item 1 (Welcome =Page)
- Menu Item 2 (Gallery =???) with multiple Stories
- Menu Item 3 (Downloads =???) with multiple Stories
- Menu Item 4 (Something =Page)

I'd like to set up a Menu Item like the one above with the Number 2 and 3, wich contains multiple Stories I write. Similar to the homepage of my drupal installation. As soon as I publish a story, it is shown on the homepage sorted by date.

I'm am the sole proprietor of a web development shop in the Dayton Ohio area. I currently hire PHP and Drupal contractors on a regular basis to help handle the workload, but it's time for me to find someone who can become a committed team member and help out, not only in development, but also project management and possibly some business administration.
