Drupal 6.x

i have to do a theme black with green very good for Google adsense,i want upload to drupal,let's people can download it,but how can i?

The WYSIWYG editor niceEdit does not work. I can't even get to the HTML screen. Any ideas???

I currently run 4.7 and am looking to upgrade but I see the spam module wasnt update past 5.x , was the spam module built into the new 6.x ? I've run a few search queries but wasn't able to locate any info on this.

Wordstream is a provider of ppc tools and seo tools and keyword tools. we are looking to hire someone (or an agency) to implement a relatively easy theme consisting of a top level menu, a left side menu, a few call out boxes. The design has been created and I can send it to you in a bitmap format. I have 1-2K for this job.

I'm a front end web developer and usually work with programmers to create the more complex aplications usually with a custom built CMS. I am taking on a freelance project and want to find a CMS that I can use to quickly get a site up and have some fairly complex functionality. I usually use Wordpress but I think we all know its not really a full CMS. The thing I like about it is the ease of skinning the templates with my own html and CSS. The thing I am discouraged about Drupal is all the Block stuff.

How do I change font size for chameleon theme?
What file? Where on the file?
changing font size for primary links and navigation.
