I created an account to start working with Drupal at my cpanel this morning (about 10 hrs ago) but have not received any password.

I really need help because I haven't been able to get this sorted for a few weeks now and I would like to get it running with my other Content Management Systems on a localhost with MAMP.

I have been trying to install Drupal on my MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 with composer and MAMP.

I have installed MAMP without any problems.

I have a Document root /Applications/MAMP/htdocs for all Content Management Systems (Silverstripe, Wordpress and now Drupal) so that they can all share the same localhost (port 80)

I recently "dockerized" an old Drupal installation using the official image drupal:7.82. So far everything works except one thing:

The original installation contains one single "book", but I am unable to make it visible/editable in the Webinterface. Also, I get a duplicate key error when I try to add a new book:

I install Drupal 9 for the first time on a new website. It's a plain installation. No custom modules and theme installed. 

In my directory in the browser I only see the the html basic view but not the Drupal GUI.
