I just upgraded a site to 4.3.0 recently, and just noticed that the content settings don't seem to work properly anymore. In admin >> content >> settings, I unchecked the "Publish" option for all content types (the site uses blog, image, and static page content modules), yet everything is still automatically published.
I'm trying to install Drupal-4.3.1 and Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com) independently on the same hosting account. I tried setting up Drupal-4.1 and the gallery module, but I want some of the newer modules, like event.module. I can get Drupal running fine, but it seems to take over the hosting account. It redirects everything to its own php pages, instead of letting me access things in other places, like "my_domain_name.com/gallery/setup/index.php" Is there a remedy so that both can coexist and live in harmony?
having failed to succesfully upgrade firstly from 4.3 cvs to 4.3 and then again from 4.3 to 4.3.1 regretfully i am giving up on drupal. Without a doubt Drupal seems to be the closest cms I have found to suit my purposes, but not having the technical or programming knowledge to customize it, or even handle simple tasks like upgrading an unmodified install it is just turning out to be too frustrating. Thanks to everyone who answered my queries over the past few weeks.
Hi all,
I would like to be able to syndicate events with other sites.
Can I do this with Drupal ??? With the standard modules, or should I need to develop a new module ??
I some some articles on the Web talking about RSS 1.0 and event syndication.
Is Drupal compatible with this standard ???
1. put something in the moderation queue with a specific taxonomy.
2. moderate it until it passes the limit and is "promoted"
3. check it's taxonomy -- it has reset to '0' and its corresponding database entry is lost.
Is this a bug with my specific installation of drupal or is it an actual bug?
