The database has been created, tables imported (from database.mysql), coz i can see them using the myphpadmin .

Is the $db_url correct?
also added a file to includes folder varun.accosted.net.cms.php having the same $db_url and $base_url
have i forgotten something else or have i added something incorrectly?
