Installing Drupal

I get this error when I run the sql file in phpAdmin:

Could not find an answer yet here...
I might be a mupped on this one, but i don't see how to actually use FCKeditor! I installed it, no errors and the possibility to change settings. But when i start with a new blog, the old text screen appears!

Hello all,

This might seem a bit newbie-ish, but I have no idea how to use the taxonomy.patch file that came in the tar file (Taxonomy Access Control module). I've barely any grasp with manipulating databases, so I hope someone can help me out here.

I just try to attach the doc file to node and become a Error:
warning: Wrong parameter count for mkdir() in /var/www/modules/filemanager.module on line 561.

And the Drupal says:
File copy failed: no directory configured, or it could not be accessed.

I can`t find where I can configure the directory. All permissions is OK.

Please help me!

Is it my installation? Am I blind? Or is there no place to say which nodes take uploaded files in the latest CVS version?
