Installing Drupal

The site is working on a slightly modified version of marvin right now.

I have installed marvin_2k and wanted a fresh template area to fiddle around with it, so I made a copy called marvin_3k, and did a search and replace of all the files, replacing any instance of marvin_2k with marvin_3k.

Now when attempting to administer themes I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class template in /home/citizenc/public_html/themes/marvin_2k/template.php on line 26

Depending on how your web hotel have set up things, you may run into trouble when installing Drupal. If you have phpMyAdmin, phpBB, etc running fine before installing Drupal, but everything breaks and you see this error message:

"Client does not support authentication protocol requested
by server; consider upgrading MySQL client"

right after performing the following Drupal installation instruction (from INSTALL.txt):

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON drupal.* TO nobody@localhost IDENTIFIED BY 'password';

I would like to translate my sit to Dutch. I downloaded the required .po files in its specific directory. Unfortunaltly, i can not find the instructiions to implement this translation. Where do i put this directory (nl), including this dutch.po file and how do i proceed? I do not find any language installation instructions on the administration pages?

I just installed drupal on bluehost.com using Fantastico. Everything seemed to work okay (except I think I installed in the wrong directory public_html/drupal) . I was able to access all of the admin tools except when I went to CONFIGURE the default pushbutton theme there was no response. In essence it died. Any help would be appreciated.

I have successfuly installed the modul with Postgresql database. It seems to work ok.

I just installed the latest version of drupal (4.5.2). Upon initiating the program for the first time, i got two error messages (see below), followed by a login page. Supose these error messages should not be there?

warning: init_theme(themes/engines/xtemplate/xtemplate.engine): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/blog/includes/theme.inc on line 75.
