I've looked for this issue in the FAQs, and the closest I can find is upgrades.
What I'm doing is moving my site to a new provider, since my current one loves to mess with MySQL and take it down at a moment's notice for any reason. That's neither here nor there.
I would like to know, using Cpanel, and MySQL, how to save the data...the blog entries, comments, polls, etc and move it to the new server.
I installed Drupal 4.5.2. I have done everything, i created the first user succesfully.
But whenever I log on or even just go to the home page it gives me a page that says "Access denied",
"you are not authorized to access this page".
I've checked everything I can think of...
I have read all threads, but i haven't found the correct solution for this problem..
Thank you for Your help!

I have searched for other support items to solve my problem, but the only one that comes close to describing the problem is this one: http://drupal.org/node/1550
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _image_iptc() (previously declared in /home/httpd/vhosts/ecolocation.info/httpdocs/05/includes/image.inc:52) in /home/httpd/vhosts/ecolocation.info/httpdocs/05/modules/image.module on line 837
I have put the image.sql tables in sql and installed image.module, but I get this error. What do I do here?
I used JustZipIt under Windows XP to unzip the drupal 4.5.2 distribution file which has a .tar.gz extension. When I did so, the resulting folder contained a 1.5MB file called "unknown" with no file extension. I managed to rename the file and unzip this version, which gave me a further directory with all the appropriate files, but for some reason I seem to be missing some of the directory structure mentioned in the installation handbook, so I suspect something went wrong along the way. Ideas?
