Installing Drupal

I'm developing a site in Drupal for an elementary school. Initially, I set the site up on my own hosting account, but now I'm trying to move it to the school's hosting account. I moved the database and the drupal files. The content for the first page loads, but without the CSS and none of the other pages work. Anyone have any ideas for what might be wrong? I'd appreciate any help.

after upload this modules, clik admin ->module, it say:

HELP!

I haven't yet had the pleasure of seeing the first page of Drupal in my browser. Right now, my browser is displaying this message:

Anyone know why Drupal could be saying this everytime I try to add a blog or story ?

I've got a fresh install of the latest Drupal. Everything works great except the link to modules in the administrator section.
You click it, it seems to be linking and nothing happens. No new page, no blank page, nothing. It just stays where you are. So I can't turn on or off any modules.
Any ideas what would cause this?

I moved a 4.6.3 installation from root in a windows server to a subdir in a *nix server.

I edited the config file in the sites/default dir to reflect the appropriate values.

I edited the .htaccess file in the subdir as directed, and there is no .htaccess in the root dir on the new server.

What I get: a default 404 page with all my blocks showing in the default theme. And I also get the errors at the bottom of my post.

Does anyone know what the hell is going on?
