Installing Drupal

I've been searching for a solution for about two days. I finished installing Drupal 8.1.8, server 2008 R2, iis... The issue I have is the default theme (Bartik 8.1.8) never seems to load. Everything is on the left hand side of the page. I tried adding the Integrity theme which shows up in the list just fine and I set it as the default with the same results. Any idea where I went wrong?

I am working on a new installation of Drupal 8 (8.1.8) on a Windows Server 2012 running IIS 8. I have installed PHP v7.0.9 and MySQL v5.7.14. During the installation process, I must have done something wrong. Upon completion, the home page is just the HTML without any styling and all of the links return an HTTP Error 404.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need to get this site up and running ASAP.

In order to upgrade my v6 sites to v8, I installed a v8 Drupal on a last version of Wampserver64: Apache 2.4.18, MySQL 5.7.11, php 5.6.19.

How can I convert (move) individual HTML webpages in bulk into Drupal Forum?
What I have is just the 1000s of html pages which consist of question and answers. Now how can I move then into into Drupal Forum.

So now what I have to do exactly? I just want to move the questions and answers. Don't want user login details or anything else. I have thousands of pages like this

I'm trying to install my first multisite. So in my var/www/html i unziped drupal, and then in sites i created a filder site1 with a setting.php. After that i created a symlink in /var/www/html/drupal/ (ln -s drupal site1) BUT i got this error when im searching localhost/drupal/site1 on chrome :

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /drupalAout/site1 on this server.

Any idea ?

PS : i did a chmod -R 777 drupal

When I try to browse tokens in pathauto pattern adding page, no list opens and a warning message is generated in log:
