Installing Drupal

Hi, I'm not sure if this is installation or post-installation. Truth is it's somewhere in between! Feel free to move to the other forum if deemed appropriate :~)

I've just installed Drupal 10.2.7 on my local machine, just for learning and testing at this point, so I'm not in a massive rush to get this sorted. This is on a VM with Ubuntu 22.04 with Apache 2.4.52. I guess the installation was OK. but I'm Just getting a warning about Clean URLs at stage 3 of the final configuration process. The precise message is:

Clean URLs Disabled

I am trying to use/install Drupal with Oracle MySQL InnoDB Cluster (due to project requirements).

My request aims to verify the compatibility and suitability of Oracle MySQL InnoDB Cluster as a database for use with Drupal 10, with particular focus on handling a high volume of binlog generation.

Context:

A Drupal 10 configuration is currently under development, employing Oracle MySQL InnoDB Cluster as the primary database.

Question:

I think I have followed the instructions for installing Drupal 7.99 but I cannot access the Home page. I looked into the error log and it appears that the core folder did not get installed. Any ideas why?
