I'm using the liquid layout, and trying to set a:hover formatting specific to the primary links only.
I noticed that this was possible via the zen-classic approach, but I had no luck applying it to the liquid layout.
Please advise.

kmontyJust create a line in your general css file:
Am I missing something here? I just tested this on a base install of drupal 6.6 and a fresh install of Zen and it worked fine.

malcovich commentedThanks for info,
The info provided was what i was doing, it turned out that the root cause of my display issue was that navbar-inner's #primary was displayed as 1px and as a result was hardly visible.
I have since added min-height: 10px; into the #primary section.
To illustrate this issue better, i've set the border to 1px solid in the primary section.
- Without setting min-hight the high of that area was 1px, but the actual links were showing up clearly
- This resulted in the Primary Links and Secondary Links showing up on the same line, below the #primary area
After adding the min-height varable,
- The size of the #primary area was "holding" the links
- Primary Links and Secondary Links were split into 2 lines
Does anyone know if theres a reason why by default the #primary div area is set in such a way?
