Migrations Failed, Even Unable to Uninstall YAML Form

The following reason prevents YAML Form from being uninstalled: Required by: YAML Form Devel, YAML Form Node

However the main YAML Form is the only YAML form module installed.
I have also removed the YAML Form content type, deleted all forms and submissions, and of course all YAML supporting modules. I have also triggered cron and deleted cache.
