This module is now part of External Entities module v3. No further development will be done here (only security fixes for people still using External Entities v2 with this plugin).
Synopsis
Enables the combination of multiple data storage plugin for a same external entity type. Instead of building an external entity from a single external source, you can add as many sources as you want and may use a field value of a source as an identifier to load data from another source. It is also possible to override or not field values across sources and select which source can be updated when the external entity is edited.
