Please have this module test that the required plugin is accessible at the expected location. When you try to load the plugin and it's not there, it causes the TinyMCE to fail to load in FireFox (though not IE). There are at least two support requests coming from this issue:

#754712: Tinymce does not appear with WYSIWYG
#473382: Tinymce refuses to load
