Route "entity.workflow_scheduled_transition.canonical" is removed

Problem/Motivation

There are several issue reporting problems with Route "entity.workflow_scheduled_transition.*".
In fact it should not exist at all. It has no function. All handling is done via the normal transition routes/forms.

Amongst others, it corrupts the 'normal' editing links in the Workflow History tab.
