Some mandatory parameters are missing ("workflow_transition") to generate a URL for route "entity.workflow_scheduled_transition.canonical". in Drupal\Core\Entity\Sql\SqlContentEntityStorage->save() (line 846 of /home/website/public_html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Entity/Sql/SqlContentEntityStorage.php).

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a node and save.
2. Edit the node that you've created and use `schedule for state change` in the workflow field and save.
3. Edit that node again and still use the `Schedule for state change`. This time you can't save because of that error above.

I believe this might be because there is a separate entity type for scheduled transitions but the route argument "workflow_transition" is the same. I tried changing this to "workflow_scheduled_transition" everywhere where it referred to a scheduled transition and it worked for me.

I have just committed this: #3157199: Remove deprecated entity.manager, few WorkflowStorage arguments.
And i now cannot reproduce your problem on D9.2.x

Which version are you on?
Can you please retest with current dev-version?
You are not actively using the URL, are you? Just got the error?

This is still an issue. It looks like it didn't get rolled into 8.x-1.4 and is not in 8.x-1.7
