Quotes in title/subject

Mike - this is a splendid module - thank you so much for your efforts! A huge time-saver.

The only tweak I had to make was that quotation marks/apostrophes in blog post titles would come across as HTML entities and appear as ' after migration.

So I added a simple tweak around line 327 in wordpress_item.inc to replace them with apostrophes:

        // Strip smart quotes from title
	$row->title = str_replace("'","'", $row->title);

I should probably have done a more general case using html_entity_decode(), but the quotes were the only occurrence I'd seen.
