Request for 'confirmed' user role

Hi team,

Drupal.org drupal 8 documentation is not complete and most of the parts we need to visit external sites which are paid.
For simple concepts also need to search outside drupal documentation.

I want to contribute some of the topics which I am daily facing.
Please accept me as confirmed user and provide me guidelines how can I post new material which need to add to documentation.
What is the process ?
