I am reporting https://www.drupal.org/developing/modules to moderators because:

Either this is some joke I am unaware about or the site is being defaced.

The title for this page reads:
"Moderation report for Jual Obat Aborsi Surabaya, Jual Cytotec Di Surabaya Cp 085377777894"

Am I missing something?

The page was spammed.
I've reverted to latest 'good' copy.

This should have been in the Webmasters issue queue. Moving there in case they need to block a spammer who made a spam revision.
