links on https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/8.2.x not working.
eg.
https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21core.api.php/group/oo_conventio...

This was also reported on a duplicate issue as the following:

API page: https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21lib%21Drupal%21Core%21Form%21fo... Got to this page by going to api.drupal.org, clicking through to forms, and then the tables at the bottom.

This page gives a File not found. instead of a 404 or (as it should) the actual documentation.

This seems to happen to me about 90% of the time today. I was able to access https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core%21lib%21Drupal%21Core%21File%21Fi... once, but mostly not at all.

The FileSystem class in Component also keeps loading and then not loading: https://api.drupal.org/api/drupal/core!lib!Drupal!Component!FileSystem!F...

Some of the links generated by api.drupal.org also seem not to be correct and have the name of the module appended.
