Request for 'not a spammer' role

Hi,

I am trying to submit a new topic in your forum, about an issue that I'm having with my code (Drupal 7, my problem has to do with including script in all the head pages from within module), but it keeps telling me that there's a problem with my submission, and that I should try again after XX seconds.

What do you need me to do to obtain the 'not a spamer' role ? I need help on my code ASAP, I can't spend too much time developing the module since my deadline is tight.
