Recently while browsing on the site - mostly the Drupal forums we have noticed multiple errors returned by the MySQL server. Here is a screenshot that we were able to take:

The error appears when trying to submit new comment in the forum section. Earlier today similar issue was noticed when trying to download a Drupal extension from this page:

https://drupal.org/project/jstool

The issues were noticed on 04/11/2013 and 05/11/2013.
