I would appreciate it someone could reset the email address on the account 'cgp'. I am the previous owner of this account. I would reset the password myself if I knew what email it was registered under. It has been a very long time and it is also possible that the email address itself is invalid. The old domains of documentprocessingsystems.com and directdocs.com are no longer valid (companies I used to work at). If the email registered for that account is under thepalls.com, you can just pass along the full email address and I can reset the password myself.
