Issues and fixes for Weblinks 6.x-2.7

Here are the issues for 6.x that have been worked on since the release of Weblinks 6.x-2.6 on 12th May 2015. These will be included in the 6.x-2.7 release and are collected here to provide the information we will need at the time of the next release.

• #657760: Only users with "administer weblinks" access can collapse/expand without moving off node

• #1964318: Pralexa column 'Last Checked' always shows '0 seconds'
• #2431367: Group descriptions are not shown when 'Make groups collapsible' = No
• #2599258: Weblinks-embed and Weblinks-filter settings $form key clash
