weblink translation bug

return form_select(t("Open new window for weblinks"), "weblink_new", $user->weblink_new, array("Disabled", "Enabled"), t("Create a new window when you click on a weblink"));

When it should read:

return form_select(t("Open new window for weblinks"), "weblink_new", $user->weblink_new, array(t("Disabled"), t("Enabled")), t("Create a new window when you click on a weblink"));

Notice the function t() around "Disabled" and "Enabled". With it's actual code, those two words are not transalted by the locale.module.
