actually there isn't a point since "The functionality of this module is now included in Webform 3.3. Do not install this module at the same time as Webform 3.x."

Webform 4.x is under development already

So should this module be marked as disabled/abandoned or redundant?

I'm not sure.. the drupal people can control projects. But it's already marked as abandoned so it should be alright
