Problem/Motivation

Hello,
When enabling bulk support on my form and check all lines with the first one, I get the error "An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator."

Tested on 6.1.2 Drupal 9.3.0
Tested on 6.1.2 Drupal 9.2.10

Steps to reproduce

Create a basic webform with just a text field in it.
Create at least 21 submission.
Then go back to the results list.
Check the "Select all rows in this table" and use "Star/Flag submission" for exemple.
Click on "Apply to selected items" and the error will be triggered.

I think it's because in Drupal\Core\Form\FormValidator::performRequiredValidation #value only contains 20 values and not other values on other pages.

Proposed resolution

Bypass verification when from bulk?

I am not able to replicate this issue. My best guess is the error is permission related.

Are you able to replicate this issue using https://simplytest.me and the default Contact webform?

Thanks for your quick reply !

Working great on symplytest.me cf https://master-txfrygktlhvoutcjcq6ciqn9sfws0w1h.tugboat.qa/

So, to clarify, the action is only trigger for the 20 items in the current page and not all results of the webform ?

Yes, only on the 20 visible items
