Problem/Motivation

When i try to translate a block or a view, i've got an erro 500 with this error:
PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Declaration of Drupal\webform\WebformTranslationConfigManager::alterForm(&$form, Drupal\Core\Form\FormStateInterface $form_state) must be compatible with Drupal\webform\WebformTranslationConfigManagerInterface::alterForm(array &$form, Drupal\Core\Form\FormStateInterface $form_state) in /data/www/ojm_staging/htdocs/web/modules/contrib/webform/src/WebformTranslationConfigManager.php on line 29" while reading response header from upstream, client: ****, server: ***, request: "GET ***", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php-fpm.sock:", host: "***", referrer: "***"

Steps to reproduce

1) open the block to translate
2) click on "translate block"
3) you've got a empty page with error 500

I am not able to reproduce this issue. Below are my steps attempting to reproduce this issue

  • Add webform block (/admin/structure/block)
  • Translate webform block (/admin/structure/block/manage/webform/translate)

Are you able to replicate this issue using https://simplytest.me?

I will guess that you might not be using Composer to update the Webform module. If you are using the UI or FTP, some files could be missing, triggering this type of error.
