Extend Webform Options/Checkbox limit

Problem/Motivation

When setting an Options / Checkbox limit, it is related only to the webform entity or user. It would be wonderful to be able to set a limit based on another element in the webform (text, date, etc.). In this way it would be possible to create a small booking system via Webform. For example, I would like to be able to select, based on a date chosen by the user in the form, only one time and if the time has been selected it must not be available on the same date but only on the following date. I can't do this with webform. I had to do it with other modules which, however, burden the procedure unnecessarily.
