When I export my webform as CVS file and reimport it into Excel I get following error.

Picture 1 shows the entries in the submissions in the textfield notes Entries in note

Picture 2 shows the mismatch in the imported excel-file. The data are not on the same line but make several CR's or

therefore i have to adapt the export manually.¨

this never occurred before but has to do with the entries that have been made. Returns in the text or other character's ??

where could be the error or what can I do about that.
