Hi all,
I am very new to Webfm module. I want to add two more columns in webfm front end display... currently it is displaying Name, Modified, Size and Owner of the file/folder, but i want to add two more columns. One is for displaying the file created date and another one is for user, who last modified that file....
Can anyone help me....
Thanks in advance....

cgmonroe commented[soapbox]FYI - Please don't spam your requests across lots of unrelated issues... just create a new one like this.[/soapbox]
This isn't a quick and easy thing to do. First, the WebFM layout is created inside some very complex Javascript. So you will need to be pretty good at Javascript coding.
Second, the Javascript code gets it's information via Ajax calls to the Webfm Drupal code. You will need to modify both the Javascript side and the Webfm PhP Ajax code to return the extra information you want to display.
Third, the webfm code has some underlying code that generically defines the file information. This might have to be changed to support the new information.
Finally, you need to make sure this information is available on all file systems that Drupal runs on. E.g., I'm not sure modified by user is available on windows.
Also, there is the issue of what you mean by owner and created. Are you talking about who last uploaded the file via webfm or basing it on people editing the file directly on the file system. If it's the later, you will need to map system users to Drupal users. Plus, you will need to modify the cron system to update this info in the tables.
If you are only using files uploaded by WebFM, then there really isn't a "modified" or "modifier". Instead, if you are using WebFM's simple version control that allows for replace/renaming, you will have individual files owned by the person who uploaded them with the date uploaded (modified) with a series of separate files like x.txt x_1.txt x_2.txt. In this case, x_1 is the first version, x_2 is the second, and x is the latest.
