I have installed and enabled jquery update and Views Slideshow ddblock modules as per the tutorial. Now, when I go to Site Configuration, ddblock is not available. I cleared the cache and ran cron, but still no change. Any ideas?

The slideshow is configured in the configuration pages of views. There is no separate configuration page for the module.

You configure the slideshow by setting the display style to slideshow in the basic settings of the view and then click on the "gear" button behind the display style: slideshow, to configure the slideshow.

I would advice to use version 2.x of the views_slideshow_ddblock module. It is more easy to install, configure and use.

Thanks for the info. It was the wrong tutorial. I have it kind of working now.
