Views Slideshow doesn't display bottom widgets

Hello, i have installed Views Slideshow module  in Drupal 8 along with other essentials (chaos tools, jcycle etc) and it works good but the problem is that in Views Slideshow settings in my view, in Widgets Section it displays only top widgets and not bottom widgets.

I have reinstalled the module, cleared the cache but it just simply not displays bottom widgets at all. Of course I tried to scroll down more :P

If you have any ideas why this is happening please tell me.

Thank you for your time.
