I am unable to set sideshow timings per slide /image in module. Please anybody knows how to solve please help me.

for example
image 1 : 6 sec
image 2: 30 sec
video 1 : 1 min

and loop as follows

There isn't any easy way to do that. You'd have to do custom code - probably both PHP and jQuery but I haven't looked into it much.
