Hiya,

Just to be clear, I am using the dev branch of views with the new ui so I am unsure if this has changed things as a result. However, what I see happening is. Lets say I have 3 items in my slide show (1 2 3). If I leave the slide show alone, it will cycle in the slideshow correctly from 1 -> 2 -> 3. However, if I hit next on the controls (and I am currently on 1), what it ends up doing is quickly showing 3 and transitions off to 1 (so you get 3 -> 1 instead of 1 -> 2). Hitting prev does the opposite (so it quickly shows and transitions 2 -> 1 instead of 1 -> 3). If I only have 2 items in my slide show (1 2), then all the transitions/whatnot work correctly. I'm attempting to figure out how to fix this but the js is quite new to me so maybe others will figure out something before I do :)

Ok...an update. I tried it on a gallery with 4 items (1 2 3 4) and behaviour was (let's say I press next as a comma): 1, 3 -> 4, 2 -> 3, 1 -> 2. Similarly with previous: 1, 3 -> 2, 4 -> 3, 1 -> 4, 2 -> 1. So in 3 items, it was doing 1, 3 -> 1, 3 -> 1, etc...). So soe level of element skipping is going on for some reason.

I'm not seeing this on my test instance, but #1099874: Pager is seeing the same thing. Hopefully we can hunt this down.

I can confirm the issue, pager goes from 1 to 3 from 3 to 5 and so on, in a 8 pic slide show.

Whats also weird is that this block is provided by a view, and in the view preview the issue is not present

I can concur that I am having the same issue. I thought I was going nuts.

Looks like it may be fixed in a later dev version. I would try updating both views and views slideshow.
