If we turn in ajax on views which has search api facets, on the views page, when we search, the exposed facet filters won't refresh to the newest search. (i.e. you search for "auto" then you search for "bike" and you will see the auto's facets.)
If we turn off the ajax on the views, the infinite scroll won't work, but the facets will refresh...

Having the same issue. Using commerce kickstart, on front page products are actually faceted view. Infinite scroll does not load neither on backend administration or frontend. It just do nothing, no error in console, nothing. No clue what to do.

Solved by installing -dev version where I can set up views pager ID, just increase the number and it works fine now. Probably some conflict with other view in the same page was present. Leaving it there for anyone stumbling on the same problem.
