When recreating any feature with a view the following notice is shown:

@stubben, thank you for sharing the issue. I met the same notice message. I haven't understood the exact reason why this occurs but I think that we shouldn't patch Views code for this issue. The patch just removes the notice message and doesn't solve the issue. Probably this issue should be solved in Features module.

I met this problem again. I haven't found the reason why views_plugin_list() raises this warning yet but I found one workaround. Exporting and re-importing the related view fixes the issue. I hope this helps people down the road.
