I dont know if it is something very specific for my configuration. Ckeditor button (popup) at THE FRONTEND pick admin theme styling. Even for anonymous, not logged visitors.

How to fix this problem without to many !important declarations and without changing admin theme ?
Small change in popup window can change a lot in whole admin theme.

I changed line 387 in video_filter.module to:

function _video_filter_dashboard_theme() {
  return variable_get('front_theme', 'my_front_theme');
}

Get also front styling in admin site when Ckeditor Video popup is used. But it is something i can live with. Now it is easy to style popup, few lines in CSS file.
