Switch definition class for the Layout Builder provider from Bootstrap Layout class to Varbase Layout Builder Bootstrap Layout class

Problem/Motivation

Having more changes over the BootstrapLayout class
needs so many patches or custom code

A number of new features requistes and changes to work in VLB then after testing report back to BLB

Requirements come from Razem like

MUST Add “edge to edge background checkbox” - See possibility to contribute

The listed issues will follow with issues + patches for BLB and Bootstrap Styles when they are fully tested.

Proposed resolution

• Switch definition class for the Layout Builder provider from BootstrapLayout class to VarbaseLayoutBuilderBootstrapLayout class
• Only send issues + patches for most important and generice nice requirment back to the Bootstrap Layout Builder module
