Fix Heoslider Video is not Working on IE 11

Problem/Motivation

When adding video to the hero slider, and opening the page on the IE 11 browser the hero slider does not work well

Steps to reproduce

- Install varbase
- Install and enable Media Hero Slider
- Add a local video for example and images to hero slider
- Open the page in IE 11 browser

Proposed resolution

Fix Javascript code to be compatible with IE 11
