Allows User Points to expire over time.

Installation instructions:
1. Install the module and its dependencies.
2. Create a transaction type with "User Points" transactor.
3. Add the DateTime field to store the expiration date. Make sure to set the default value to the date, when your User Points should expire. (Ex. '+90 days').
4. Add the Boolean field to store the expiration status. The default value should not be set to TRUE.
5. Add the DynamicEntityReference field to store parent transaction. Don't set default value.
6. Edit your new transaction type and select created fields in the "Transaction Field" fieldset.

Note:
This module might become obsolete, if #2960963: Transaction expiration is solved.
